Currently shaking my ass to spanish music everyday for about 20 minutes a day has helped me get my heart rate up.
Gonna get in shape by shaking my ass everyday.
i actually find bachata to be the least tiring of all the dances i know, but if pressed to pick a favourite that would be it :D. merengue gets me the most tired haha. still a great workout though!! i wish my bf and i could go dancing more often :(
